Yoga/Pilates Instructor: May Rifaat

 

May is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Reiki Energy Healing teacher with over 10 years' experience in the Wellness and Fitness Industry and practising Yoga and Pilates since 2007.


The classes are tailored to water sports and beach lovers, helping them to connect to the ocean and water element, to gain mobility, strength, flexibility, endurance and balance on and off the boards, as well as release stress and reach deep states of meditation through conscious movement.  


"I create a safe and warm environment for my students to explore and overcome their difficulties, improving their quality of life and wellbeing."


Qualifications: 

  • Pilates Certified Teacher AICS EPS CONI-ASD SSD , AFAA/NASM , EURETHICS
  • HIIT( High Intensity Interval Training) Instructor
